Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing times may increase during peak seasons or sales.
Customs, duties & taxes: For international orders, customs duties, VAT or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in our shipping prices and vary by country.
Address requirements: We cannot deliver to PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses for U.S. shipments. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Carrier & tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

What If Theft Is Suspected?

We stand behind every delivery — and we're here to help if something goes wrong.If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package.

  1. Confirm your shipping address in the confirmation email.
  2. Check all potential drop-off spots: porch, mailbox, lobby, garage, etc.
  3. Ask neighbors, building staff, or household members.
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for more details.
    If your package is still missing after 24 hours, email us at service@latexintimates.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Please include your order number and a brief explanation.
If Your Package Is Confirmed Lost

Once the carrier confirms the package is lost or misdelivered, we’ll offer:A free replacement, orA full refund to your original payment method.Note: We cannot assist with claims reported more than 7 days after the package is marked “Delivered.”
