How should I care for my latex lingerie?
  • Hand wash only in cold or lukewarm water.Use mild, non-oil-based detergent.
  • Avoid sunlight and heat exposure.
  • Store flat or hanging in a cool, dry place.

    Proper care will help preserve the material’s shine and elasticity.

Size & Fit

How do I find the right size?

You can refer to our Size Guide located on every product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

What if my lingerie doesn’t fit?

No worries! You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal as our supported payment method. All transactions are securely encrypted to protect your privacy.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact service@latexintimates.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

Depending on your country, customs duties may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our prices.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment anytime on our website or the courier’s site.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at service@latexintimates.com, and our support team will assist you immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, bodysuits, and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I start a return?

Visit our Return Center, enter your order number and email, select the items to return, and follow the instructions. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be sent to your original payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view purchase history, and receive exclusive offers.
