Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition — exactly as described.

Return Conditions

To protect the health and safety of all customers, please make sure your items meet the following criteria before returning:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, packaging, and protective liners must remain intact.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  1. Items with removed or cut tags;
  2. Underwear or swimwear without the protective hygiene strip.
  • Items showing any signs of wear, washing, or alteration will be refused during inspection.
  • Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective. These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Discounted & Bundle Purchases

  • Refunds or store credits will be issued based on the discounted price paid, not the original price.
  • If a refund lowers your total purchase below a promotional threshold, the discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from your refund.
  • For bundles or promotional sets, all items (including free gifts) must be returned together for a full refund.
  • If only part of the bundle is returned, the value of any free or discounted items will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Return

  • Visit our Return Center page.
  • Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  • Select the items you wish to return, state the reason, and submit the request.
  • Pack your items securely along with your order confirmation email and a note with your RMA number.
  • Ship your package using your preferred courier.

Do not ship returns to the sender’s address on your original package — this is not our return location.Please contact our Customer Service for the correct return address.

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping is free, and we’ll gladly exchange or refund your order.
  • You may use any courier service you prefer, as long as the postmark date is within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after your returned items are received and inspected.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • In certain cases, please allow an additional 3–7 business days for processing due to banking or logistical delays.
  • Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How long does it take to return my order?
  • Once your return is shipped back to us, please keep your tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will process it within 7 business days, provided it meets our return policy conditions.
  • During sales events or holidays, please allow additional processing time.
How will I receive my refund?
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return has been approved.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund or exchange has been processed.
How do I get my return shipping label?
  • Your return label will be sent to the email address you provided when submitting your return request.
  • Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off with your chosen courier.
Can I return an item that has been worn, damaged, or missing tags?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been:
  1. Worn, washed, or altered;
  2. Damaged or missing original tags/packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and items marked “non-returnable” or given as free gifts cannot be returned or refunded.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of delivery.
  • We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Waiting for your refund?
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know whether your refund has been approved or denied.
  • If your return is denied (for example, if the product shows signs of wear, lacks packaging/tags, or includes intimate items like panties or latex bodysuits), you may be responsible for the shipping cost to have it returned to you.
What items are non-returnable?
  • Intimate items such as panties, garters, latex bodysuits, or lingerie sets once opened.
  • Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Free gifts included with purchases.
